Who we work with

Owners: anyone who wants a data center on their land and their terms.

Tribal nations

Sovereign compute on sovereign land. Nation-owned facilities, community revenue, and the right to resell capacity. Co-op structures welcome.

Cities, counties, utilities

Turn a stalled application or an idle building into a revenue-producing asset the public actually supports.

Hospitals, universities, enterprises

Regulated, low-latency compute you control. No egress tolls, no hyperscaler lock-in.

Investors and building owners

Powered real estate hyperscalers reject is exactly what we look for. Bring the site; we bring the tenant.

Tribal nations

Sovereign land. Sovereign compute. Community revenue.

  • The nation owns the facility, the data inside it, and the revenue it produces.
  • We bring the anchor tenant whose contract funds the build, so the nation is not writing the check for construction.
  • Nations may resell capacity to other tribes, agencies, and the open market. Co-ops of multiple nations can share one facility or standardize on several.
  • Zero-water, equipment-classified modules respect land and water in a way hyperscale campuses cannot.
  • We manage the facility long term, on the nation's behalf and at the nation's direction.

Think of it as the electric co-op of the AI era, with a tenant who signs before the doors open.

A member-owned asset, professionally operated, producing power and revenue for the nation for decades.

The other side of every deal

Offtakers are the fuel. Energized megawatts are the constraint.

The compute buyers who matter routinely pay for capacity that does not exist yet. Our job is proving the date, not justifying the contract.

Who buys

  • Inference platforms and model companies
  • Regional neoclouds and GPU aggregators
  • Healthcare systems and universities
  • Sovereign, tribal, and regulated workloads that cannot leave the fence
  • Financial firms needing proximity and privacy

What they get

  • A named energize date and a locked price
  • Take-or-pay terms only after proven uptime
  • Zero egress fees on data leaving the facility
  • A facility they helped specify
  • Walk-away rights if the date slips

What the owner gets

  • A contracted tenant before construction
  • Financing underwritten by that contract
  • Revenue from day one of operation
  • Excess capacity to resell
  • A partner managing the tenant relationship
The campus

One site. Two earning assets. A community that owns both.

We bring the data center. Our energy partner brings the power, made from the waste stream the community already produces. Together the site becomes a campus that fuels itself, houses its own compute, and earns from both, on land the community already controls.

Waste as feedstock

Our energy partner treats the municipal waste stream as feedstock and converts it into reliable, renewable energy on site: gasification, landfill gas, or an existing waste to energy plant, whichever the site supports. Tipping fees pay for the fuel to arrive.

Behind the meter, on the grid

The campus energizes on grid power first. When the plant comes online it carries the load behind the meter and lowers the cost; the utility stays the backup and buys the surplus.

Green credits and a second revenue line

The owner earns from compute and from power, and the energy side can open the door to green credits and green financing that improve the whole project's return.

Sized to the site. Every campus is modeled on its own numbers; the energy partner is named and its platform walked through under NDA.
